Delete your ZeroDalali account

This page applies to the ZeroDalali website (zerodalali.com) and the ZeroDalali Android app. Use the form below to ask us to permanently delete your account and personal data.

How it works

1. Fill in the form with the email address you signed up with.
2. We may contact you on that email or phone to confirm the request is really from you.
3. Your account and data are deleted within 30 days, and we confirm by email once it is done.

What is deleted

• Your login account, name, email address and phone number
• Your profile, property listings, drafts, photos and videos
• Your favourites, saved searches, messages and buyer/tenant registrations

What we keep

Payment and invoice records (processed by Razorpay) are kept for up to 8 years, because Indian tax and accounting law requires it. They are not used for anything else.
